Title:  System Specialist

Job Purpose

Works directly with Project Teams and Senior Systems Specialists to document Project issues, new Project implementation plans, new user training. Define Project reporting requirements within existing System Report library. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• System User Account Management - creating and close out
• Onsite and remote delivery of training for New Users
• Troubleshooting, tracking and escalation of issues raised by users
• Data entry and monitoring to ensure information is being properly entered, updated, answered and closed by the user community.
• Identifying Reporting requirements and preparing Crystal Report templates
• Proactively identify new ideas and opportunities for improvements.

Education

• Bachelors degree
• Curricula: Data Science
