Welcoming over 200 interns at JESA on a yearly basis - we are committed to offering you an experience you can learn from and use while you build your critical skills and professional character.

Also, in line with our caring culture, we’ll assign you a buddy who will be there to guide you in successfully achieving your internship with us. In an environment where collaboration and teamwork prime, our interns interact daily with professionals, world-class experts, and top managers (acting as mentors) in interactive networking activities, giving you the chance to work and contribute to delivering real-world results.

Combining the efforts of both JESA Institute and the School of Industrial Management (UM6P/EMINES Benguerir), the Fresh Graduates Program is part of our constant engagement in developing talents and sharing knowledge.

A strong, young, and diverse engineering team is one of the factors that ensures our growth and continuous success. As JESA continues to grow, we need top talents to sustain that growth alongside us. Combining the efforts of both JESA Institute and the School of Industrial Management (UM6P/EMINES Benguerir), the Fresh Graduates Program is part of our constant engagement in developing talents and sharing knowledge.

The Fresh Graduate’s Program is a two (02) weeks multidisciplinary training program designed to develop and equip passionate graduates engineer into well rounded individuals to prepare for real-world challenges and experience. Coming from a range of top national engineering schools across Morocco this intensive training program primarily serves as a professional journey accelerator and a networking opportunity for young talents wishing to establish a solid foundational basis for unparalleled career opportunities.

Established across different discipline tracks such as Process/Safety in Design/Environmental, Civil/Infrastructure, Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Voice, Data & Security or Mechanical/ Piping Engineering and more - this training is delivered by JESA’s senior engineers in collaboration with industry-leading experts; offering you meaningful professional and personal development opportunities to potentially make your first career steps with us.

On average, JESA admits approximately 100 fresh graduates on a yearly basis to take part in this intensive training and industry-oriented program. Based on your knowledge, performance, and assessment results; evaluations and pre-qualifications take course over a two-day recruitment event (at the end of the program) organized by our Talent Acquisition Team. This will serve as an occasion where we interview and select some of the brightest and most qualified engineers in the industry to prepare the leaders and experts of tomorrow…

  • Ready to work with a diverse and agile team in a caring and inclusive work environment as there is no better way
  • Equipped with a strong command of French and English
  • You bring determination and enthusiasm and want to contribute to shaping the future!

 

Program Framework:

  • Brainstorming gatherings with JESA Academy and meet & greet sessions with your schools’ alumni
  • Choice of disciplines to study taught in either English or French
  • Group projects with practical case studies
  • An introduction to the fundamentals of project & construction management and other key functions (ex: HSE or Project Controls)
  • A two-day formal welcome and onboarding session accompanied by networking opportunities with world-class experts
  • Accommodation and catering for all the training period at the UM6P campus – Benguerir
  • Access to the UM6P library and sports activities within the EMINES campus throughout the program

This networking and professional development group is designed for early-career starters at JESA (with less than 7 years of professional work experience) to share, connect and learn from each other. Dedicated to you, the network today counts over 400 members, nine committees and organizes over 20 yearly annual social events.

 

 

When joining as a fresh graduate, you will automatically be part of the JESA Future Network (JFN). This networking and professional development group is designed for early-career starters at JESA (with less than 7 years of professional work experience) to share, connect and learn from each other. Dedicated to you, the network today counts over 400 members, nine committees and organizes over 20 yearly annual social events.
