Title:  System IT Administrator

Job Purpose

Provides systems administration services to the client customer base and/or back-office applications.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, administers and optimizes servers (hardware and operating systems)
• Installs, configures, and maintains system hardware, applications and application distribution systems
• Monitors system utilization and performance
• Implements and maintains system security and data recovery processes on servers
• Provides technical support for the resolution of all problems regarding servers  (hardware and operating systems)
• Uses system administration tools for application distribution, asset management, and desktop support as needed

Education

• Bac+3 Minimun
• Curricula: Computer scienses

Global Experience

• 3 to 5 years 

Specific Experience in the position

• 1-3 years
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management        
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery        
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)        
• Experience with scripting skills
