Title:  Senior System Specialist

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Systems Manager, the Systems Specialist must be a proactive problem solver capable of working independently as well as within the Project Team. They will have an in-depth knowledge of the operational business processes across the Program and should use this understanding to assist Project Controls design and implement the Project Management system. Ideally they will be familiar with all tools used across the Program. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• System integrations – P6, JPI, Advanced Work Packaging etc            
• Building and maintaining Crystal Reports for the export of System data to the user community            
• Regular meetings with Stakeholders to ensure needs are met            
• System updgrade testing and reporting to Worley IT          
• Monthly reports to Systems Manager on team activities and lookahead
