Title:  Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Purpose

Review and control quantity measurements within the project and help control construction costs. May also act as lead QS for small scale projects or specialized tasks( for ex. HVAC , refractory, insulation etc.)

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks;
• Advise, where requested on procurement strategy;
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
• Review and certify measurements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in all tasks;
• Provide information for Quality and other Audits;
• Analyze and review material take-offs for the project work

• Bac +4/5 - Graduate & Post Graduate
• Curricula: Engineering

Global Experience

• 2-5 years

• An experience in Engineering is necessary
