Title:  Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Purpose

Senior Quality Assurance Manager is responsible of the QA function at Business unit. 
Responsible of Defining, initiating and driving quality programs and activities. Establish close working relationship with functional departments and Operation Management to drive continuous improvement programs. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Work with functional departments for developing, maintaining and improving the specific procedures and work processes of the Line of business (BU), in coherence with JESA Policies and Global Procedures
  • Oversee and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of JESA Quality System on the projects
  • Participate and support the business strategic and Excellence of project delivery initiatives under the BU
  • Provide required trainings on JESA Procedures and Work processes to project teams and functional departments
  • Ensure that Quality audits are planned and conducted on the project(s)
  • Facilitate or assign qualified QA resource for facilitating VIPs (Value Improving Practices) such as Lessons learned, Value Plus, Value Engineering, etc.
  • Monitor / analyze Quality Performance Indicator (KPI) data, and reports trends to Operations Management and QA Director.
  • Drive the improvement of Quality Performance
  • Conduct Quality Compliance audits
  • Assist Operations in addressing project issues or work process improvements 
  • Support analysis of Quality issues, definition of preventive/corrective actions and ensure are addressed in timely manner
  • Facilitate Quality Management Reviews at BU Level
  • Participates in Operations Project Reviews (OPRs).
  • Promote Quality through effective communication and proactive leadership
  • Mentor, train and supervise the QA resources under the BU
  • Assign QA resource(s) to Projects, and conduct evaluation of their performance
  • Approve QA Pro-service budget on the project/Program
  • Assist Sales for preparation of proposals


  • Masters Degree / Engineering School (Bac +5)
  • Curricula: Engineering, Sciences
