Title:  Senior Principal Estimator

Job Purpose

Ensure accurate estimates of the total cost of projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of discipline estimators during the preparation of project estimates. ( class 4 and 5).
• Prepare cash flows, contingency and risk analysis.
• Continuous update of the data base, and prepare project benchmarks curve.
• Update Crew Rates, and prepare rates for overseas projects.
• Ensure the alignment with internal procedures and standards.
• Responsible for archiving project estimating data.

Education

• Bac +5 (Preferably in Engineering)
• Curricula: Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control

Global Experience

• 12-15 years

Specific Experience in the position

• Minimum 3 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 year minimum as a senior estimator
