Title:  Senior Principal Asset Digitalization Engineer/Specialist

Job Purpose

• Provides technical guidance and has an overall picture of the digital asset solutions integration;
• Master the Industry 4.0 principles and participate on setting up the department's best practices based on the Standard and leading practices;
• Advanced level position following defined processes and precedents to complete assigned tasks with increasing independence and specific expertise from digital asset perspectives;
• Supervises a disciplined team and may provide support to the HoD and Manager in development activities and team management (training, improvement, lessons learned, performance reviews, recruitment, mobilization/demobilization, performance management, workload & staffing plan management, building engineering capabilities)

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Project Management satisfaction (in time, in budget with quality targets): 90%
• Provides Technical expertise in the field of Industrial Digitalization with high-added value for brown and green field projects.
• Develop local expertise for JESA Autonomy and non-dependency on the ex-pats.
• Capitalizes on the brown field asset issues for digital solutions design in green field projects.
• Prepare proposals related to Asset Digitalization engineering services.
• Supports the design of industrial digitalization solutions across the overall project lifecycle.
• Present the digitalization solutions (Engineering and Digital asset) to clients.
• Ensure the asset digitalization solutions consistency, integrity, and fitment with project and client objectives.
• Ensure the respect of EMS guidance; Governance system and execution process comply with applicable norms and international standards.

Education

• Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D): Engineer
• Curricula: Electronic, Instrumentation, automation engineer and digitalization

Global Experience

• 12 to 15 years

Specific Experience in the position

• Integrated control systems in the industrial context; industry Digital solution implementation; Oil and Gas experience is plus.
