Title: Senior PMO Specialist
Job Purpose
The Mission of the Senior Project Management specialist is to insure proper analysis are done to highlights main GAPs and to raise warnings to facilitate decision making. Support PMO Manager and BU Manager in consolidating, reporting and controlling key project portfolio information. The Senior PMO fulfils a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including the gathering data about project progress and Dashboard reports.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Lead the delivery of the business Plan & Rolling forcast by Program of projects
- Evaluate the monthly Plan & Rolling forcast vs Actuals GAP in termes of Hrs, Revenue & GM by Program
- Governance and Standards:
- Ensuring compliance with FSA Agreement standards and policies related to Client and Worley Offices contract ( TO, WOs, PAP, Project Master Data….)
- Provide project support to complex projects or programs, including aspects such as set up of the project governance, project ID & Work order Number, Validation WO Workflow management on JSIGN, FSA TO validation.
- Ensuring that internal teams and external stakeholders understand the challenges and drive the process improvment for TOs and WOs.
- Participate in the implementation changes in project delivery processes related to Client & Worley contracts.
- Business Operations management
- Take the lead in ensuring PSA TO by Office with the creation of related PO: Prepare budget estimation of PSA expatriate cost, ensure the tracking of the approval process and PSA budget with JESA and the offices.
- Provide FSA PO related to Overall JESA projects : Create & maintan TO FSA log , Maintain data :FSA BWR log, FSA employee list and their BWR, converted rates for FSA in SAP & ensure the tracking of the approval process for FSA TO with JESA and the offices.
- Lead the delivery & follow up of WO Log by status. Organize weekly meeting with the client to set on the overdue submitted Wos.
- Monitoring Overhead projects (Project numbering creation , PAP creation , monitoring budget consumption, etc.)
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Tracking project performance metrics and KPIs to insure proper analysis are done to highlights main GAPs and to raise warnings to facilitate decision making.
- Generating project status reports and dashboards : the At risk projects ( Unsigned WO & Exceeding the contract value)
- Participate in the AR Monitoring & organize client meeting for the Unbilled by program ( Pending RL, Attachment, PO & MDR)
Education
- Education (Bachelor/Master/PhD):Master Degree or Above (Bac+5)
- Curricula (Arts, Sciences,…): Finance, Management , Business, Engineering
Global Experience
Global Experience (number of years): 7 years and Plus
Specific Experience in the position
Specific Experience in the position: Over 4 years in managing different projects portfolios, Data analysis & Controlling
