Title:  Senior Material Inspector

Job Purpose

The Senior Inspector is responsible for assigned Inspection activities of the Project (E.g.- Quality assurance, Inspection and testing) For  daily vendor Inspection Ensure, products meeting the JESA, code and statuary requirements.  

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Attend shop Inspection and testing.
• Attend weekly project review meetings
• Review of Vendor Quality documents (ITP, Welding documents, Inspection procedure etc. ) 
• Attend Pre-Inspection Meeting for the assigned vendor / contracts.
• Issue NCR for Non confirming products.
• Ensure products are meeting the project specification, code and statuary requirements 
• Review of Vendor manufacture data book and Issue of Inspection release certificate.

Education

• Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical Engineer or equivalent
• Curricula: Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical Engineering

Global Experience

• 8 to 12 Years Industrial Experience

Specific Experience in the position

• Exposure in NDT, Welding, Inspection and Testing.
