Title:  Senior Inside Sales Specialist

Job Purpose

The Senior Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role by working with operations and sales staff to provide professional opportunity response services that result in the production of strategically focused, professional-looking documents such as proposals, presentations, and statements of qualification.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis on client, competitor and market 
  • Sales Material development on proposals and marketing material
  • Opportunity response coordination and / or management and monitoring in alignment with our Sales process            
  • Knowledge and process management especially in instilling discipline to follow standard operation procedures and policies pertaining to business development
  • Take ownership to develop/improve/implement standard apprearance/style of our documents in compliance with our corporate identity
  • Interacts regularly with operations personnel to support development of sales material (e.g. conducts interviews of Subject Matter Experts)

  • Business Administration / Finance 

Global Experience

  • 5 to 7 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Business experience is a must. Sales experience is a plus. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Operations.
  • Strong writing & verbal skills in English & French. Industry knowledge
