Title: Senior Inside Sales Specialist
Job Purpose
The Senior Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role by working with operations and sales staff to provide professional opportunity response services that result in the production of strategically focused, professional-looking documents such as proposals, presentations, and statements of qualification.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Research and analysis on client, competitor and market
- Sales Material development on proposals and marketing material
- Opportunity response coordination and / or management and monitoring in alignment with our Sales process
- Knowledge and process management especially in instilling discipline to follow standard operation procedures and policies pertaining to business development
- Take ownership to develop/improve/implement standard apprearance/style of our documents in compliance with our corporate identity
- Interacts regularly with operations personnel to support development of sales material (e.g. conducts interviews of Subject Matter Experts)
Education
- Bac + 4/5
- Business Administration / Finance
Global Experience
- 5 to 7 years
Specific Experience in the position
- Business experience is a must. Sales experience is a plus. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Operations.
- Strong writing & verbal skills in English & French. Industry knowledge
