Title: Senior HRIS Specialist
Job Purpose
The HR Project Specialist is responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific HR digital projects ensuring consistency with HR strategy, commitments and goals to increase the efficiency and agility of the HR function to meet evolving Business Needs.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Support the HR Digital journey: Own specific HR digital projects as per the HR roadmap, ensure key milestones are identified, track and monitors progress, conduct risk assessments and escalate business risks where appropriate, complete the assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Tracks, manages and implements enhancement requests submitted by HR and all internal stakeholders,works with the IT partners to keep the HR systems secured; acts as a liaison between company, internal stakeholders and vendors, maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure HRIS Data accuracy: Performs necessary audits to maintain data quality for all HRIS, identifies functional gaps and initiate corrective actions with the internal partners to maintain the data accuracy in our HR platforms, Performs necessary audits to maintain data quality Performs necessary audits to maintain data quality Performs necessary audits to maintain data quality
- Anticipate HR digital needs : For all HR areas such HR Operations, Mobility, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, rewards and recognition…perform benchmarks to enhance the HRIS and develop detailed project plans; set the requirements for the RFP (request for proposal) to use when talking to vendors, manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitor change control process, testing, documentation, training, security review and on-time delivery
- Play a super user role for HRIS: Serves as Level 1 support for day-to-day system's requests and issues, develop training material, and lead training & coaching sessions for the HR team and all relevant internal stakeholders on the operation of the system, Tracks, manages and implements enhancement requests submitted by HR and non-HR customers Tracks, manages and implements enhancement requests submitted by HR and non-HR customers Tracks, manages and implements enhancement requests submitted by HR and non-HR customers
- Support the review of HR processes: In line with the HR digital projects implementation, and support the change culture for the HR digital projects in charge, maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, ensure alignment on objectives, and ensure ongoing buy-in across the HRIS.
- Manage the HR Strategic KPI's: Support the definition of all HR metrics and consolidation, maintain the system, and provide regular updates to management and HR leadership, define the gaps and support the definition of action plans.
