Title:  Senior Finance Business Partner

Job Purpose

The Senior Finance Business Partner acts as SPOC for all financial matters to guide business strategic decisions and support program directors and functional teams with program-specific analysis, models, KPIs, and guidance to ensure business targets are measured & achieved.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Act as the Key finance partner with the operational team and Manage, develop and motivate direct reports such as project accountants, finance business partners, and financial analysts. 
• Understand and ensure compliance with the framework service agreement
• Develop Quarterly forecasts & annual budgets. 
• Track risks & opportunities to forecast each month & develop clear variance analysis of actuals to forecast.
• Responsible for monthly closing process related to project accounting responsibility which includes but not limited to the accuracy of reporting (Revenue, cost, Margin), AR, G&As, and other journal entries as needed.            
• Create, implement and share models and KPIs to provide guidance to the program team as needed and ensure business targets are measured & achieved such as DSO, ETC, Unbilled labor/subcontracts, projects in watch and at-risk list, unpaid, Etc....
• Supports ad-hoc requests and act as strategic Partner with Internal and external stakeholders such as customers, auditors, peers, partners and direct reports. 

Education

• Bac +4/5
• Curricula: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred or Accounting desigantion (CPA, ACCA, CIMA). 

Global Experience

• 5 to 12 Years

Specific Experience in the position

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
