Title:  Senior Event Organizer/Content Specialist

Job Purpose

Support the communication department on the production of content, the organization of events, the conception and the realization of various communication materials.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Assist in the definition and creation of event goals to ensure event success.
  • Serve as event project manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, event flow, promotion and communication, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, event follow-up and reporting
  • On-site duties include ensuring proper set-up, venue arrangements, and event vendor coordination.
  • Manage event calendar and project timelines
  • Manage budget with internal stakeholder’s
  • Ensure the production of various communication tools (brochures, annual report, A/V...)
  • Produce, implement and edit content in line with the group's overall communication strategy 


  • Bac +5 (with a masters degree)
  • Curricula: Communication / Journalism

  • 7 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Relevent experience in communications and events organization with stong project management skills
