Title:  Scheduling Manager

Job Purpose

In addition to Level 4 (Principle Scheduler) the Scheduling Mgr. must be able to coordinate with Program PCMs scheduling needs and follow and warranty Planning & Scheduling Best Practices are in place. Keep staffing plans up-to-date. Support SME or be an SME during his/her rotation. Schedule Manager is responsible for all schedules assigned to. Ability to work with minimal or non supervision. Able to prioritize work load and support the department staffing plan.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed Project Plans minimum L3. Preparation of project progress curves from schedule and resource. Able to expand FEED schedule developed at L3 to execution phase for hand over to the next JSTEPS phase
  • Coordinate IAP all the way to baselining the project schedule and able to explain the Critical Path and near critical. FTE (Full Time Equivalent) man-power has been normalized and agreed by discipline leads. Warranty that templates are distributed and well understood by discipline leads prior to IAP going live with a preliminary schedule
  • Maintain EWS and Potential Delays Registry up-to-date and warranty all actual dates (start/finish) have been agreed and validated by project team
  • Warranty all EPPM Global Codes/Values are correctly assigned as well as calendars, resource values, etc.
  • Warranty the basis for the schedule and narrative are prepared for each project

  • Bac + 4/5 / Graduate & Post Graduate
  • Curricula: Engineering & Industrial Project Management
