Title:  Project Control Manager

Job Purpose

The PCM manages one or many projects and supervises the Project Controls personnel deliverables and performances.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • To attract, assemble and manage a high-quality Project controls team 
  • To participate in the development of project control procedures and JESA’s Project Controls systems 
  • To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.
  • To track the major changes in the assigned project and communicate recommended solutions to management. Assess potential cost and schedule impacts. 
  • To provide governance and corporate support for the Project Controls function within Projects.
  • To promote Project Controls Capability to our clients 
  • Project schedule and cost baseline frozen in the agreed time frame
  • Project change management process established
    Project controls plan in place
  • Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
  • Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues


  • BA or BS or equivalent related experience
  • Curricula: Arts, Sciences, Finance

Global Experience

  • 10 years minimum

Specific Experience in the position

  • 2 years min as PCM
