Title:  Principal Quantity Surveyor

Job Purpose

Understand and implement accepted quantity surveying Best Practices. Able to monitor multiple project functions and coordinate with PCM, Lead individual disciplines, Able to support estimation and costing, procurement and contract managements ( for BOQ and MTO) counter parts. Knowledge of software's related to quantity measurements. identify extra claim and potential change notice.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing of tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities; Evaluate tender and quotation responses;
  • Provide advice to contracts and project teams concerning take offs and contractual claims;
  • Analyze commercial risk to the project; Analyze and review material take-offs for components of the project work;
  • Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports; Prepare report for completed work and assist arranging payments where appropriate;
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards in all tasks; Provide information for Quality and other Audits;
