Title:  Principal Programmer Analyst

Job Purpose

• Principal Programmer Analyst, will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of critical software applications and systems within the organization. Leveraging extensive experience in programming and systems analysis, he/she will lead complex projects, provide technical guidance to a team of programmers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software applications and systems.
• Analyze user requirements and business processes to define system specifications and functional requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate user needs into technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of programmers.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system architects, and QA testers
