Title:  Principal IT Project Engineer

Job Purpose

• In alignment with the JESA IT PMO processes, the Principal Project Engineer is responsible for the delivery of large projects or the coordination of complex JESA-wide projects within the IT Department, including but not limited to procurement, scheduling, implementation, go live, handover, and training ...
  The Project Engineer consolidates the required reporting for the project (Time / Cost / Quality) under the supervision of the IT Project Manager.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Leading and managing large-scale IT projects and programs
• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources 
• Managing project resources, including people, equipment, and software. 
• Defining project scope and objectives, and ensuring they align with business goals
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Overseeing project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to senior engineers and technical staff
• Monitoring and reporting project status to senior management and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies
• Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for adoption

Education

• Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D): Bac+4/5
• Curricula: IT
