Title: Principal Asset Digitalization Engineer/Specialist
Job Purpose
• Provides technical guidance and has an overall picture of the digital asset solutions integration;
• Master the Industry 4.0 principles and participate on setting up the department's best practice based on the Standard and leading practices;
• Advanced level position following defined processes and precedents to complete assigned tasks with increasing independence and specific expertise from digital asset perspectives;
• Supports the department in development activities (training, improvement, lessons learned)
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.
- Provide inputs for new project proposals (hours estimate, scope definition, assumptions/exclusions).
- Execute the task as per project scope within the contractual timeline and JESA quality and internal processes.
- Propose innovative solutions for a digital asset that can have an impact on project execution and/or asset operation lifecycle.
- Ensures discipline technical work meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
- Performs the digital asset solution design autonomously, with good and enough knowledge of industry 4.0 principles, and techniques.
- Conducts technical audits.
- Works closely with E&D disciplines for digital asset solutions interface and coordination.
- Participates in reviewing and checking engineering deliverables.
- Participates in technical bid evaluation for Digital asset solutions.
- Developing the training content and facilitating assigned topics.
Education
- Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D): Engineer (Bac +4 / Bac +5)
- Curricula: Electronic, Instrumentation, Automation Engineer and Digitalization
Global Experience
- 8 to 12 years
Specific Experience in the position
- Integrated control systems in the industrial context; industry Digital solution implementation; Oil and Gas experience is plus
