Title:  Principal, Advisory

Job Purpose

To reinforce our team, we are hiring a Principal for our Advisory and Digital Solutions business unit interested in working in a challenging environment for multiple prestigious corporations. At Principal level, you will help to position JESA as leader on his current markets and develop new markets through constructing and maintaining a high-level consulting group which is renowned nationally and internationally. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Developing the Advisory business towards new markets (new sectors/markets)- engage with new customers, define the offer, be the interface for business negotiation, deliver the projects-             
• Supervising project managers when preparing technical and financial proposals in accordence with Business Development process            
• Creating strategic alliance/network with other consulting partners to support the business need            
• Managing and developping professional skills of Advisory team members          
• Managing the performance and maximizing the profitability of Advisory projects    
• Analysing the Market for a better positioning with regard to competitors 
• Supporting ADS team development and taking part of talent management system  
• Promoting JESA  as a leader in the ecosystem participating to conferences, events, publishing reports 
• Supporting ADS talent attraction strategy (by participating to recruiting activities, interviewing…) 
• Mentoring and leading younger colleagues

Education

• Bac +5
• Curricula: Strong academic background from prestigious school. Engineering diploma. MBA is a valued plus. 

Global Experience

• Over 12 years

Specific Experience in the position

• Experience in major global consultancy and for a company operating in industrial sector. (Mining, Fertilizer and Infrastructure sectors privileged)
• International project experience is a must, Africa experience would be a valued plus.
