Title: PMO Specialist
Job Purpose
A Project Management Office Specialist collects, organizes, and interprets statistical information analyzing and summarizing information and trends. The PMO Specialist also supports the business unit strategy and decision making by contributing to the evaluation of the business plan, providing reliable information and recommendations via continuous monitoring and analysis, and contributing to the business unit and JESA data governance.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Planning & Strategy
- Contribute to the development and consolidation of the annual business plan and quarterly rolling forecast
- Support and collaborate on the main strategic improvement and changes in the Business unit
- Business Support
- Contribute to the development and running of business unit: Templates structuring (PSRs, OPRs, program dashboard..)
- Coordinate/ support for the development of procedures and flowcharts (PAP form, project master data, rollups, task orders..)
- Participate in scenario(s) definition for solving M&I business issues.
- Respond to PMO/MOP business information need for rollups, work orders, G&A, PSA task orders...
- Ensure FSA Good Receipt process of FSA supplier invoices. Reduce processing time at different stages of these processes & Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Consolidate & analyze the data of all projects in order to focus in case of any anomaly in project performance and recommend the necessary corrective actions
- Participation in the evaluation of new opportunities and ensure that the forecast plan is optimized and aligned with the strategy of the organization by estimating the necessary resources, the impact on the cost and on the schedule
- Monitoring & Controlling
- Coordinate with PMO/MOP in defining M&I KPIs and metrics for monthly business reporting, ensure the monitoring and analysis of each KPI.
- Communicate on the business highlights, suggest if any suitable recommendations and ensure the execution.
- Align with the sales team on the active monthly B&Ps, ensure a monthly tracking and report if any big deviation.
- Establish the cost & price estimation of Specific Sales Projects Pricing
- Monitoring Overhead projects (Project numbering creation, PAP creation, monitoring budget consumption, etc.)
- Prepare budget estimation of M&I PSA expatriate cost, ensure the tracking of the approval process and PSA budget with JESA and the offices.
- Create & maintain TO FSA log, Maintain data:FSA BWR log, FSA employee list and their BWR, converted rates for FSA in SAP & ensure the tracking of the approval process for FSA TO with JESA and the offices.
- Create & maintain TO PSA log, coordinate with HR on the BWR updates and the related expenses.
- Purchase Order Creation in the system (Task Order FSA-PSA) and follow up of the budget
- Client management
- Ensure the reporting with the client on the request for work orders, rollups and revenue status and ensure those requests have enough and accurate information to respond to their business need.
- Define and communicate cut-offs for client reportings.
Education
- Bac +5 and plus
- Curricula: Engineering/ Business/ Management school

- 2 to 5 years
