Title: PDS Administration Engineer/ Specialist
Job Purpose
The Project Delivery System Administration Engineer/Specialist is responsible of all administration activities of some project delivery tools, including projects environement set-up, users support pocess documentation and continuous improvement. Also tools administrator should act as the single point of contact between business stakholders and solution providers.
Main Scope/Responsibilities

Work Processes Establishment:
- Document and regularly update work processes with step-by-step instructions and guidelines.
- Facilitate training and onboarding to familiarize team members with new processes, using various formats like workshops, videos, or mentoring.
- Apply change management to ensure process updates are well-planned, documented, and communicated, minimizing disruption and risk.

Man-Hour Estimation and Monitoring: Estimate and monitor man-hours for each project.

Project Setup and Work Environment: Manage project setup tasks including user creation, access management, and coordination with IT for licenses, as well as ensuring system and data backups.

Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical support through a ticketing system, providing remote assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records.

Adoption Level Monitoring:Track and analyze system adoption levels using KPIs, gather user feedback, and ensure training completion to facilitate technology/process adoption.

Performance Monitoring: Conduct KPI reviews to assess system performance, collaborate with IT on troubleshooting, and identify underlying issues for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:Solicit feedback to identify improvement areas, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness through audits and performance metrics.

Provider Relationship Management: Act as a liaison with external service providers, maintaining professional relationships, coordinating issue resolution, and documenting interactions for future reference.
Education
- Education (Bachelor/Master/PhD): Bachelor Bac+5 or equivalent
- Curricula (Arts, Sciences,…): Engineering/ System Architecture Relevant certifications (specific tools)
Global Experience
- Global Experience (number of years): 2 to 4 years
Specific Experience in the position
At least 1 year of working experience. Previous experience in System Administration is appreciated.
Exposure to specific tools is appreciated:
- Cost control & Risk tools (Cost and progress measurement)
- Scheduling tools (Oracle P6)
- Field services (AWP and commissioning & completion tools)
- PMO & Assurance Inhouse tools development
- PIM (EDMS, Aveva AIM)
- E&D (Autodesk, Aveva, Hexagon suits)
