Title: Occupational Doctor
Job Purpose
The occupational health specialist plays a key role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees by preventing work-related illnesses and providing specialist rehabilitation advice. They provide independent, impartial advice to employers and employees on the effects of work on health and the effects of health on work.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Conduct Baseline Entry Medical Examinations, and Annual Medical Examinations and employee exit examinations.
- Provide specialist Occupational Medicine advice and deliver excellent personalised care, treatment and support to employees.
- Identify the Site Occupational Hazards, Monitor and Measure known occupational hazards and Conduct medical assessments accordingly
- Participate actively to the quarterly CHS meeting and Contribute to the elaboration of the Document Unique (end of the year)
- Provide advice to the site HSE team members on Occupational Health Hazards and Controls
- Monitor a team of site doctors

- Never bypass safety controls or engage in unsafe practices.
- Identify potential hazards in your work area and take steps to minimize risk.
Education
- Higher postgraduate qualification
- Curricula: Occupational medicine

- Over 15 years experience
Specific Experience in the position
- Familiar with employee health and wellbeing in construction environment
