Title:  Network IT Administrator

Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting a company's computer systems. Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Wireless, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments. He/she are mainly focusing on operations and business continuity activities, and network Availability. He/she works closely and collaborates with other team members located worldwide, to provide the best service.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems and maintain network hardware and software.
• Manage operations and business continuity through incident and problem solving, and change management. This is mainly 2nd level support and can go up to 3rd level
• Contribute to design and deploy networks 
• Contribute to technical projects that are designed to either add functionality required by the company or to address ongoing network failure issues
• Monitor networks to ensure security and ensuring availability to all system users (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Develop methods and tools to be used to test and implement new LAN/WAN equipment to improve performance

Education

• Bac+3 minimum
• Curricula: Computers sciences - Security and Network fields

Global Experience

• 2 years 

Specific Experience in the position

• 1 year minimum with hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
• Needs an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of business and industry needs, as well as technical demands
• Good knowledge in WAN/LAN/Wireless/FH
