Title:  Facilities Coordinator

Job Purpose

Reporting to a Facilities Manager, the facilities coordinator coordinates on general services operations and is responsible for ensuring the optimal working environment for all of the organization’s staff members by providing optimal services as well as promoting safety conditions.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration : Managing contracts by tracking budget and duration & Service level agreement            
  • Coordinate operations for all fields of Facilities Management intervention (Technical, work place management, Car fleet, Housing, Transport, Projects)            
  • Logistics : Coordinate any moves or operations that require transportations, manpower and planning            
  • Market Awarness: Staying informed about what is happening in the market with relation to their SCOPE            
  • Digitalisation of the Facilities Management processes & tools            
  • Oversee all activities (construction and maintenance works) inside a building meanwhile making sure that health and safety standards are met             
  • Respond to all open tickets on the Facilities Management Platform and let JESA collaborators know the case is being handled (ticket management) and follow up with follow up with operational/realistic actions            
  • Manage the external staff (cleaning, security and maintenance)            
  • Work plans and activity reporting             
  • Other duties/missions related to Facilities Management as instructed by manager(s)            

Education

  • Bac +4/5 
  • Curricula: Engineering or Business

Global Experience

  • 2-5 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Minimum 2 years solid work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role supplemented by a strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
