Title:  Senior Maintenance Site Manager

Job Purpose

A Senior Site Manager is accountable for the safe, effective, and efficient execution of the maintenance organization functions at multiple industrial sites or facilities. The purpose of this role is to strategically lead a comprehensive maintnance workforce to meet organizational goals.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Leading compliance and accountability of established EHS policies and procedures (i.e. LOTO, SOR'S) for the maintenance organization.
• Possessing industry specific and facility process knowledge to be able to teach and coach direct reports
• Global oversight of budgets and costs. 
• Responsible for leveraging JESA's leadership model to lead, motivate and empower direct reports in their current roles and driving accountability to achieve professional and business goals.
• Leads organization to ensure employees have understanding of assignments, business goals and performance standards.
• Develop and implement both long-term and short-term facility maintenance strategies
• Provides feedback, solutions and participates in development of future AM contracts
• Deploys and provides oversight of JESA and client contractual commitments
• Provides strategic leadership to grow a maintenance culture for continuous improvement in all facets of the organization (proactive maintenance aspects, workflow, engagement, empowerment, transparency, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with others across the organization to meet shared objectives to improve performance and secure new opportunities

Education

• Bac +5 (Ingénieur d'état or equivalent)
• Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical or equivalant) - prefer advanced degree in business (MBA)

Global Experience

• 20 years minimum with 15 years maintenance management experience in relevant industry

Specific Experience in the position

• Industrial Maintenance - 20 years minimum
