Title:  Inside Sales Manager

Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Manager manages IS team within a specific BU while ensuring the appropriate application of our sales work process on selective pursuits to win work for the Company.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Drive disciplined application of our three-phase Relationship-Based Sales process up to opportunity handover to the project team            
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads and Operations on various Sales Performance Reportings based on the annual Sales Plan            
  • Actively work with sales and operations to develop and implement Middle Game activities            
  • Drive the organization to maintain accurate and updated account management and opportunity information on CSP            
  • Provide leadership, management, and coordination to optimize deployment and effectiveness of their BU Inside Sales team            
  • Work with Sales Lead and Capture Manager/Operations to develop B&P estimate, gain approval, regularly monitor B&P spending, and report any significant variances

  • Bac +4/5
  • Curricula: Engineering or Business Admnistration

  • 11-15 years

  • Strong writing & verbal skills in English & French.
