Title: Head of Supply Chain Program
Job Purpose
The Head of Supply Chain Program is responsible for the operational management of all SCM activities from program setup to closeout. This role ensures seamless execution across Procurement, Material Management, and Contract Management, driving efficiency in safety, quality, schedule, and budget. The incumbent will empower teams, enforce ownership, and ensure data-driven decision-making through the development and accuracy of SCM dashboards, while integrating sustainable procurement and supply chain practices aligned with ESG commitments.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Establish a culture of ownership, ensuring SCM teams (Procurement, Contracts, and Material Management) actively manage their functions rather than relying on functional managers.
- Strengthen team accountability, enabling SCM managers to lead their teams effectively and drive performance.
- Foster collaboration and autonomy, ensuring SCM teams proactively solve issues and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement the SCM strategy, including Contracting, Procurement, Material Management, and Contract Management Plans.
- Align SCM activities with overall program objectives, risk management, and budget constraints.
- Lead high-level SCM coordination with senior project management to ensure program success.
- Oversee the creation, management, and accuracy of SCM dashboards, ensuring real-time tracking of procurement, contracts, and material movements.
- Enforce data integrity by requiring teams to take full responsibility for updates and validations.
- Ensure dashboards support decision-making, performance analysis, and risk identification.
- Lead end-to-end SCM operations, ensuring seamless procurement, contract execution, and material management.
- Coordinate with program managers to maintain a clear operational structure.
- Provide real-time insights and solutions to enhance program visibility and efficiency.
- Represent SCM in senior leadership meetings, steering committees, and contractor reviews.
- Identify and mitigate SCM-related risks, ensuring program resilience.
- Require SCM teams to own milestone preparation, utilizing dashboards as the foundation for performance reviews.

- Proven experience in leading SCM teams in complex programs.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on ownership, accountability, and execution.
- Expertise in procurement, contracts, and material management.
- Proficiency in dashboard development, KPI tracking, and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
