Title:  Head of Supply Chain Program

Job Purpose

Manage operationally all activities related to SCM from the Program set Up to it's Close out by covering the Purchasing, Material Management, and Contract Management department program needs. The Head of the SCM Program develops strategic plans to ensure the program execution efficiency by optimizing Safety, Quality, Schedule and budget.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Provides innovative leadership to maximize the SCM contribution to overall Program performance through effective planning as well as human and financial Project Budget. 
• Coordinate at high level with Senior Project program management overall SCM activities related to the program execution
• Represent the SCM activities for all Internal, contractors, and Client senior Management meetings (Deep Div. meeting, Steering committee meeting, Contractors senior management meeting, Project senior project Management, …)
• Define the Staffing Plan for the program needs for SCM activities (Purchasing, Material Management, and Contract Management)
• Define the SCM strategy for SCM activities (Contracting strategy, Material Management Plan, Procurement Plan, Contract management Plan, ...)
• Ensure the CRR1, CRR2 and CRR3 Pass Gate success for all SCM activities

• Engineering/ Admin. Bachelor 
• Curricula: Engineering

Global Experience

• 15 Years

Specific Experience in the position

• 10 Years minimum in SCM management
