Title:  HSE Analyst & Home Office

Job Purpose

Reporting to JESA's HSE Director, The HSE Analyst & Home Office is a role that provides HSE expertise in the home office and provides support to the overall HSE program. This person provides timely HSE analysis, analytics, and insights to the business and produces reports and dashboards that support and enable decision making, drives action, and tracks HSE initiatives and plans common to the JESA business.

A key part of the role, includes coordination and support with strategic initiatives, understanding of processes and procedures, ensuring home office medical support, and being an HSE  purchasing's focal point.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Collect HSE Data and statistics from HSE digital platform, monitors data for accuracy, consolidate and analyze.
  • Provide weekly insights as well as identify and evaluate critical information to support decision-making.
  • Produce the HSE weekly Report in a timely manner to support the HSE Operations and HSE Steering Committee Meetings.
  • Produce the HSE Monthly JESA report in a timely manner. This report provides the monthly highlights, as well as a detailed analysis of performance and trends that are arising. 
  • Produce the Worley HSE Dashboard on a Monthly Basis.
  • Produce OCP HSE Report & Dashboard on a Monthly Basis.
  • Produce office HSE Plan for Casablanca & Rabat. Audit & monitor compliance on a monthly basis.
  • Provide HSE Training as required such as (First aid, Onboarding, or other specific training....)
  • Be the point of contact with JESA Medical occupational doctors for all medical staff, including Covid-19 Follow up & Tracing 
  • Ensure the follow-up & organization of the HSE Training program.
  • Provides coordination support into purchasing, contracts, and training as required to support offices and BUs.
  • Coordinate the staffing plan for HSE with the Principal Ops HSE Manager.
  • Coordinate and support new proposals and revised work orders actions.
  • Perform any other duties that are reasonably required for the position.

Education

  • Bac +3/5
    • Technical diploma or bachelor degree in HSE or equivalent
  • Curricula: NEBOSH , IOSH, OSHA or Equivalent, HSE  Training , HSE Management Standards 

Global Experience

  • 4 to 7 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Experience with monitoring, project management skills, HSE Management skills, business process and practices, dashboard reportings
