Title:  Estimating Manager

Job Purpose

Ensure accurate estimates of the total cost of projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of discipline estimators during the preparation of project estimates.
• Prepare cash flows, contingency and risk analysis.
• Coordinate exchange with project manager, engineering and estimating.
• Assist Project/Construction Managers in the financial administration of contracts.
• Ensure the alignment with internal procedures and standards.
• Responsible for archiving project estimating data.

Education

• Bac + 5 (Engineer in preference)
• Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control

Global Experience

• 12 to 15 years

Specific Experience in the position

• Minimum 5 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 years minimum as a Principal Estimator
