Title: ERP Specialist
Job Purpose
- The ERP Specialist for the HR & Supply chain will be primarily responsible for the operations related to the ERP systems falling under the portfolio, the main objective of this role is to ensure that the ERP systems are appropriately exploited by the users and ensure the technical support needed for HR & Supply chain workstream
Main Scope/Responsibilities

ERP Support Management :
1. Investigate ERP incidents, problems, and requests and determine appropriate remedial actions to take and provide technical support to troubleshoot and fix problems, or escalate requests to the ERP organization, service providers, or the other Support and delivery staff such as IT.
2. Play a key role as the 2nd line of ERP support, work closely with the organization of ERP, SMEs, and end users on the day-to-day activities, and participate in the testing and validation of the opened tickets.
3. Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all recurring issues. -
ERP Operations Management:
1. Provides support to SMEs for moderate to complex functionalities relating to configuration, testing, modification, and detailed data analysis as requested.
2. Updates system training documentation for SMEs, and conducts and supports end-user training as needed.
3. Actively partners with ERP organizations & SMEs to identify improvements that will increase the efficiency of the systems.
4. Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with the required standards, methods, and procedures.
5. Develop SOPs for all routines or reoccurring functions. -
ERP Development Management:
1. Candidate should have experience in SAP/ABAP Technical for MM (Material Management) and HCM (Human Capital Management), ABAP Workbench tools such as ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Business Object Builder, LSMW, LTMC, and ODATA.
2. Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices, Integration technologies like BTP, FIORI, SAP Gateway
3. Designs, develops, maintains, and executes testing of new and changed functionality for business needs and develops related documentation.
4. Supports IT testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation as part of end-to-end project lifecycle management.
5. Provides moderate to complex programming and support functions for ancillary add-ons and user exits as needed to facilitate the consumption of applications.
6. Work with relevant business stakeholders in order to provide end-user training for the ERP systems through using the existing/Standard training platforms, keeping training content up to date and continuously reflecting the implemented system & process changes

Education
- Education (Bachelor/Master/PhD): Masters degree
Global Experience
- 1 to 5 years
Specific Experience in the position
- Technical analysis, writing skills, experience in Business requirement technical translation & analysis
- Experience in integrating systems interfaces
- Strong skills in HR and Supply chain processes
- Experience with BTP, report builder for reporting aspects
- 2 years of technical experience on SAP4HANA: MM & HCM modules
- Experience in SAP ABAP, ERP projects, support, and technical requirement analysis, in HR and supply chain Areas
- Experience in SuccessFactors, Ariba is a plus
