Title:  Digital Business Analyst - PDS

Job Purpose

The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders under the supervision of a Principal digital & transfomation project manager to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. They will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • 'Process mapping: Collect and analyze processes mapping and workflows. Document processes and workflows (diagrams, flowcharts, etc.), use cases, and user stories.
  • Business requirements analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Project Coordination and Monitoring: Provide assistance in terms of project monitoring, progress follow-up and scheduling.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle aligning with the standard and methodology of work.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in test scenarios writing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
  • Providers relationship management: Contribute to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with vendors, fostering open communication and collaboration to get adequate support during implementation phase and achieve mutual goals.
  • Contribute to develop digital culture through internal initiatives such as framework process and methodology, team values, digital events, etc.

Education

  • Education (Bachelor/Master/PhD): Bac+4 / Bac+5
  • Curricula (Arts, Sciences,…): Engineering / Business Administration

Global Experience (number of years): 2 to 4 years

Specific Experience in the position

Specific Experience in the position: '2 years minimum in solution implementation, project management and change management.
