Title:  Development & Integration Manager

Job Purpose

The Development & Integration Manager will be involved in virtually every aspect of internal hardware/software implementations, application development and will work cross-functionally with IT, lines of business, key stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). This role is in a key position to ensure projects are effectively executed and teams are kept focused, energized and on-track to meet the objectives of technology initiatives. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Builds project teams in conjunction with other IT Managers.            
• Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of projects.            
• Oversees the analysis, design, execution, and support of assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, budgets, and timelines.            
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.            
• Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Monitors project results against technical specifications.  
• Develops and directs quality assurance test plans.            
• Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.            

Education

• Bac+4 (minimun)
• Curricula: Computer science - Software development

• 10 years
