Title: Department Coordinator
Job Purpose
The Department Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Executive Team and operates clearly and efficiently with a great deal of communication, urgency and prioritization
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Serves as executive assistant and operations specialist for the Department, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and legislation as per JESA EMS and Compliance Policy.
- Assists and coordinates in fulfilling the operational and functional activities of the Department timely and efficiently under the supervision of the Department Manager.
- Spearheads and oversees the Department's special projects and events, ensuring it adheres to deadlines and budgets under the supervision of the Department Manager and in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing timelines, setting objectives and guidelines, monitoring the Department's internal initiatives progress, and producing reports to the Department Manager.
- Represents the Department in cross departments project/initiatives and collaborates internally to ensure that project/initiatives objectives are achieved within established time frames
- Conducts formal inquiries and collects data for operations and performance and prepares reports and dashboards

Education
- 3 Years diploma or equivalent
- Curricula : Administration related and/or equivalent experience in their specific discipline
