Title:  Contract Administrator

Job Purpose

  • The Contract Administrator provides in the field for the administration of all contracts on a project with respect to:
    a) Filing and correspondence.
    b) Payments.
    c) Control of claims and backcharges
    d) Correspondance and contractual notices
    e) PROLOG use and administration, or other systems as required.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  •  Participates in setting assignment objectives and plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives; 
  • Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts
  • Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work.  
  • Coordinates or performs contract administration tasks related to monitoring compliance, performance, and progress.
  • Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific contract problems and may provide assistance in claims research.  
  • Provides for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination with subcontractors

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
