Title:  Senior Training Specialist

Job Purpose

The Senior Training Specialist's role is to develop a differentiated value proposition based on the opportunity identified, according to ecosystem/customers skills gaps and/or learning and development needs, to coordinate technical and commercial proposal,s and to manage their effective implementation in respect of quality, time and cost.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Conducte or coordinate clients/ecosystem needs analysis.
    • Develop value proposition.            
  • Design competency-based training programs and appropriate delivery modes including digital, distance, and asynchronous to ensure optimum and sustainable impact within budget and time.            
  • Coordinates and oversees content, reference materials, and training activities development or update including participants handbooks, reference reading, case studies, scenarios, group exercises, and games in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Train trainers.            
  • Design and implement continuous improvement action plans. 
  • Manage quality, schedule and budget             
  • Manage client relationship
