Title:  Senior Engineering Technology Administrator

Job Purpose

• Autonomously executes administration activities according to the efficient and common way for engineering technology  administration according to applicable standards and norms as well as compliance with EMS guidance
• Senior-level position allowing the accomplishment of complete assigned tasks with increasing independence specific to an area of specialties
• Under minimum supervision leads project execution for medium projects size
• Supports the department activities on project execution

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Participate in Project Execution Plan development related to digital technology and assure compliance with EMS as well as applicable standards and norms, including assessment criteria for the QA/QC of the models
• Prepare under minimum supervision the Digital engineering support proposal and related hours estimation
• Liaising with clients, project manager, and project stakeholders
• Create, manage, and maintain the infrastructure and Data Environment for the project 
• Perform all complex admin troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain, update, and ensure the application of all standards, best practices, and processes related to engineering tools
• Setup of used digital technology for each project (PBS, template, naming convention, integration, etc.) under minimum supervision
• Participate in the full integration model of 3D design through Data-Centric Solution
• Conduct training sessions for all E&D engineers, designers, and administrators on the use of E&D engineering technology
• Participate in the development of work methods to improve project outcomes 
• Engineering execution support and digital technology administration
• Ensure that standards are correctly applied in the projects
• Manage the project Backup and archive
• Participate in the Training of engineering technologies administrators for local expertise capabilities building 

Education

• Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D): Bachelor or equivalent
• Curricula: Architecture/ Engineering

Global Experience

• 4 to 8 years

Specific Experience in the position

• More than 5 years of working experience with digital engineering technologies 
• Ability to demonstrate managerial experience in real projects
