Title:  Senior Business Analyst

Job Purpose

A Senior Business Analyst at JESA owns and develops relationships with internal stakeholders, working with them to optimize and enhance data-driven and strategy integration. The person in this role also develops solutions to problems with a complex scope that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity. The role also entails the preparation of technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. The Senior Business Analyst also communicates key insights and findings to the Sales team & upper management and can categorize, prioritize and validate business requirements (Process Flow, Management plan, etc.). Finally, the person in this role should be able to initiate and implement change with a demonstrated track record (at an individual level or team level).

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Develops the annual sales budget and analyzes monthly/quarterly for variances and presents to upper management
  • Runs workshops and training sessions and develops training material of Salesforce
  • Tracks client sales, developing metrics and trends used to determine core and key clients to support the relationship-based business mode
  • Reviews a quarterly G&A forecast, QBR and facilitate growth meetings for upper management   
  • Performs analysis for special reports and presentations requested by senior management
  • Prepares sales portion of high-level presentations such as board meetings and senior management meetings
  • Planning and scoping several inter-related initiatives and helping senior-level business stakeholders make informed decisions about which initiatives to tackle and how to tackle them            
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of other BAs as it relates to a specific project

  • Curricula: Finance / Business / Mathematics

  • 5-10 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • 2 to 5 years with Proven experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and large-sized environment
    • Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
    • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
    • Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
