Title:  Quality System Manager

Job Purpose

The QMS Manager is responsible for developing and managing Company's Quality Management System. Work closely with Quality Director, the Assurance leadership, and functional departments to develop and deliver system processes and procedures according to industry standards and best practices.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic oversight and coordinates the development and tracking of a road map for the development and maintenance of quality systems
  • Facilitate interactive workshops with Process owners for designing system processes and defining requirements and controls for interfaces
  • Lead and drive harmonization of QMS initiatives and overall routine management of the System
  • Work closely with the assigned QMS team to develop policies, standard procedures, and system documents
  • Ensure that processes and procedures comply with defined system fundamentals, policies, business objectives and industry standards
  • Review of procedures to ensure clarity and consistency of the content and requirements. Work with process owners to address the gaps
  • Produce metrics and reports for periodic Quality Management Reviews
  • Act as a subject matter expert about system and process design, international standards for management system such as ISO 9001
  • Controlling issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
  • Work with process owners to design and develop training materials related to management system.


  • Masters Degree / Engineering School (Bac +5)
  • Curricula: Engineering, Sciences

Global Experience

  • 10 -15 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Very familiar with design and development of Quality or business management system
  • Experience in Project Management, Engineering, and construction
  • Strong understanding of Quality concepts and practices applied to Projects
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Solid Analytical skills - demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process/system issues.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written. Proficiency in English is a must
  • Solid skills in managing changes
  • Familiar with Risk-based approach
  • Project Management and coordination skills
