Title:  Quality Assurance Manager

Job Purpose

Reporting to JESA's Quality Assurance Director, the person in this role will provide Quality expertise to support the corporate functions and all JESA offices and subsidiaries outside Morocco to drive the development and implementation of procedures and work processes. The role includes also support on QA/Assurance group strategic initiatives, roadmap, processes and procedures, continuous improvement, reporting.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of quality plans and initiatives aligned to JESA /BU strategies and QA Road map.
  • Work with Corporate functional departments for developing, maintaining and improving the system procedures and work processes
  • Determine areas of potential improvement and in consultation with the Quality Director and JESA Process Owners,  facilitate the implementation and evaluation of improvements to address these areas
  • Coordinate required trainings on JESA Procedures and Work processes to functional departments, operational teams, new employees etc
  • Support analysis of Quality issues, definition of preventive/corrective actions and ensure are addressed in timely manner
  • Participate and support all Corporate initiatives at JESA level such as digitalization
  • Prepare and facilitate Quality Management Reviews
  • Working with IT and digitalization team to manage the development, implementation and maintenance of applications associated with the delivery of Quality.


  • Masters Degree / Engineering School (Bac +5)
  • Curricula: Engineering, Sciences

Global Experience

  • 8-10 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • Min. 5 years in Quality assurance, Quality system function
  • Experience in Engineering/Construction projects
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written. English is a must.
