Title:  Business Analyst

Job Purpose

A Business Analyst at JESA collects, organizes, and interprets statistical information. The person in this role also aids in the preparation of annual budgets of the Growth department by preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. The business analyst has also four main missions valuating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions meanwhile supporting the Growth team in internal & external reportings.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of the annual sales budget and analysis for variances
  • Prepares various sales analysis reports such as margin analysis, cost metrics, etc. where the Sr. BA will be presenting to upper management 
  • Assists in generating a quarterly G&A forecast, QBR and facilitates growth meetings 
  • Performs and validates purchase orders under the system
  • Works closely in Salesforce for coordination, reports development and analysis of the sales opportunities/trends
  • Participates in the preparation of sales portion of high-level presentations such as board meetings and senior management meetings
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using an analytical mindset to generate innovative solutions
  • Develop KPIs, provide/monitor tools and dashboards that measure the health of JESA and find key levers that drives business performance

  • Curricula: Finance / Business / Mathematics

  • 2 years
    • Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
    • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
    • Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
