Title:  Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist's main missions include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. The person in this role assists other talent acquisition specialists and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly by performing pre-employment follow-up tasks. These also participate in helping JESA finding and hiring the most qualified people for open roles. The person in this role typically coordinates the hiring of JESA interns and/or fresh graduates and ensures the management of a quality experience. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in finding new CVs to add to the SuccessFactors talent pools and locating candidates for confirmed and anticipated vacant positions through research and passive recruiting  
  • Manage intern candidate recruiting process and assist in nurturing relationships and growing new ones with JESA juniors
  • Assist in the development of events; aid in event logistics, including set up, check-in, etc...support the team in all tasks associated with planning and promoting upcoming events such as campus teams or job fairs
  • Attempt to develop and foster relationships with appropriate influencers at schools, universities, associations and other applicable groups 
  • Directly communicate with candidates on their job offers and the status of their applications and attempt to assess the candidate’s ability to be successful in role. Respond to candidate inquiries, keep the candidate informed. 
  • Ensure successful hiring, on-boarding and orientation meanwhile supplying new employees with orientation information.
  • Create the best candidate experience and aim for intern satisfaction from recruitment through onboarding 
  • Participates in facilitating the interview process (such as scheduling interviews or assessments) and follow-up with hiring managers or Talent Acquisition team when applicable 
  • Grows and enhance the JESA employer brand and acts as a JESA Ambassador
  • Assist in the compilation and analysis of recruitment statistical data and identifying trends and issues and/or may accommodate for clerical support when required
  • May work on the full recruitment processes/serve as a backup for ad-hoc positions or other duties as assigned by manager or when support is needed by the Talent Acquisition team

Education

  • Bac +4/5 
  • Curricula: Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Labor Law or relevant any other discipline 

Global Experience

  • 1-2 years

Specific Experience in the position

  • None required
  • Prior work experience as a recruiter in an agency or corporate environment is ideal
