Title:  Associate Project Expeditor

Job Purpose

Highly pro-active expediting effort at vendor shop in-depth management of all functions. Shop resident Expeditor at Vendor facilities to ensure that the construction priorities are respected .

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Sub Vendor P.O. and delivery follow up
• Vendor Raw Material availability at shop
• Fabrication Schedule:  challenging vendor manufacturing planning compared with ROS and construction schedule
• Prioritizing the material manufacturing at vendor shop to match with construction planning 
• Providing to Construction team the accurate delivery date by vendor
• Follow up the recovery plan at vendor shop if any
• Close coordination with inspection team to stop NC at earliest stage 

Education

• Bac +4/5 
• Curricula: Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent 

Global Experience

• 3 to 6 Years Experience
