Title:  Architect Senior

Job Purpose

• Plans, programs, designs, authors, coordinates, and supervises studies and construction phases for territorial or building projects, following client's expectations, needs, and financial resources. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Researches, programs, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing construction procedures, zoning, and building codes, and building materials within the client’s budget
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Designs complex, program-driven facilities that are functionally successful, technically sound and respond creatively to client needs, expectations, budget and schedule parameters.
• Accomplishes results through subordinate Architects and technicians and experienced design staff. Manage team of production.
• Writes proposals with the Business Development team to have understandable Scope of work Scope of services, deliverables, schedule, budget a risk identification. Per Jacobs steps of management i.e. PEP….
• Makes project design presentations and conducts design meetings with clients and others inside and outside the organization.  
• Attend client meetings to represent Studio interest from Design/ management/ Risks. Ability to identify business opportunities with reach to HoD/studio director
• Perform on WPRs, organize design review per studio requirements.

Education

• Registered Architect Diploma
• Curricula: (Registered Architect Diploma : DENA,  DPLG or equivalent)

• 10-15 years
