Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant provides support to JESA managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. He/She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Arrangements of travel, restaurant and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for visas, identity cards and other documents.
- Handle requests in an appropriate manner
- Setup and coordinate meetings/appointments and conferences;
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations

Education
- Bac +2/3
- Curricula: Business Administration and/or Management
