Title:  Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose

The Administrative Assistant provides support to JESA managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. He/She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing                                    
  • Arrangements of travel, restaurant and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for visas, identity cards and other documents.
  • Handle requests in an appropriate manner 
  • Setup and coordinate meetings/appointments and conferences;
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, create purchase orders and follow up the purchase orders with procurement …         
  • Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by manager or team member

Education

  • Bac +2/3
  • Curricula: Business Administration and/or Management 

Global Experience

  • 2-5 years general experience

Specific Experience in the position

  • Proven admin or assistant experience required
