Career progression is structured through several levels. From early entry roles as an Associate Consultant to more Senior Executive roles such as Senior Principal. Entry-level Consultants are typically focused on delivering analysis and presentations. Senior Consultants and Mid-level managers make sure projects are delivered smoothly. Finally, principals focus on selling projects and building client relationships.

Principals seek new business opportunities, maintain on going client relationships and lead projects within fields of expertise including team & client development.

Managers manage client meetings from kick off to final delivery and support client throughout the project. They also mentor the team assigned to project by ensuring respect of deadlines and quality work.

Consultants screen data sources as well as they collect and process relevant quantitative and qualitative data. They also interact with internal and client stakeholders to challenge and strengthen analyses and present recommendations to client teams. Note, we have several levels within the consultant group depending on experience and competencies.
