Title:  Director, Finance Business Partner

Job Purpose

• Oversea the financial activities of the business unit while acting as a business partner to drive strategic business decisions and challenge planning and reporting'

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Oversea and optimize finance management processes through enhanced reporting, proper planning, and strong governance/audit.
• Act as JESA GROUP AR lead and support initiative to collect cash and reduce DSO
• Ensure compliance with all Internal Controls matters with a focus on financial performance, audit, and compliance 
• Responsible for all financial matters in regard to M&I and JESA Technologies business units ( AP, AR, Treasury, FP&A, Etc..)
• Perform Project revenue and cost analysis and ensure they are cash positive throughout the life of the project
• Supports ad-hoc requests and acts as a strategic Partner with Internal and external stakeholders such as customers, auditors, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Education

• Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D.): Bac +4/5
• Curricula: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred or Accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).

• 10 + Years of Experience

Specific Experience in the position

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
